I am considering developing my lot (131) and wold like to know if there are covenants and if sewer and water utilities are in Riverview Dr. any help you can give is appreciated.

Does anyone know where I can find someone to repair a floor in my house? We are not from the area and have no clue who does this reasonably If you have any suggestions please let me know ASAP.It would be greatly appreciated. If there is anyone in our community please contact me.
